Traditional (aka Standard)
You choose which benefits to include in your benefits plan (Life, AD&D, Extended Health, Dental, Disability, Critical Illness and more). We take on the administration and risk.

Cafeteria Flex FUTURE
Each employee receives a dollar amount, and gets to select which benefits they’d like included in their own personal plan based on that amount.
The insurer takes on all the risk, and you pay set monthly premium per employee - no matter how much is used.
Administrative Services Only (ASO)
You pay monthly for all Health and/or Dental claims submitted by employees. We simply charge an administration fee to manage the claims so you don't have to. Download our Guide to ASO with Simply Benefits.
Refund Accounting FUTURE
Pay for what you use. You pay a set monthly price and, at the end of each year, the final bill is calculated based on if the organization went over or under the monthly premium.
