Simply Benefits' Virtual Health Provider Wello is Now Maple

On January 12, 2022 (see press release), one of North America's fastest-growing companies and Canada's leading virtual care platform Maple, announced the acquisition of Wello, a virtual healthcare brand managed by INLIV Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coril Holdings Ltd.) and a Simply Benefits partner.

Wello (now Maple) is Simply Benefits' preferred provider for virtual health care. We will be contacting our Wello clients soon to communicate next steps.

What Happens to Existing Wello Users?

Employees and their eligible dependents will seamlessly transition from Wello to the Maple platform in March 2022. 

Simply Benefits will contact clients with Wello directly about this transition.

What's Different?

It's the same - only better and now includes:

• on-demand access (previously by appointment only) to health professionals 24/7, and
• pharmacy pick up and delivery in 1-2 business days (previously delivery was unavailable).
