Simply Benefits has been selected as a finalist for two categories with the 7th annual Insurance Business Canada Awards (IBCA) for digital innovation and claims service. #IBAwardsCA

Simply Benefits is Canada's newest digital group benefits provider that offers one platform with three simple, user-friendly portals for Benefits Advisors, Employers and Employees that streamlines the entire benefits experience.

The purchase of Simply Benefits' health insurance products and benefits platform is available exclusively through Canadian Benefits Advisor partners.

As a Third-Party Payor, Simply Benefits adjudicates and pays all extended health and dental claims with its own in-house developed technology and professional services team. The continuous commitment to prompt claims reimbursement and exceptional service is the foundation for success.

"Every time a claim is submitted to us by one of our users, our goal is to have that claim adjudicated and payment sent to their bank within 48 hours from submission. By having this goal we set the bar high and it holds us accountable. If there are any issues with their submission, we ensure to contact them within the first 24 hours.

The information we collect is used so we can communicate with you, provide benefits and insurance management services, improve our products and services, and meet our regulatory obligations.

We share only the information which is reasonably required in the normal course of business with third parties such as our custodians, securities regulators, auditors, legal counsel, or law enforcement agencies, to enable them to fulfill their obligations to Simply Benefits and our clients. We may also disclose your personal information to third-party service providers, affiliates and agents in order to assist us in providing the services you requested and to fulfil the purposes for which your personal information has been collected.
