Jeff Cox Head Shot

"We have accomplished great things in a very short period of time. Since our platform officially went live in Winter 2020, we now have over 200 employer groups and 10K lives on our technology," says Jeff Cox, Founder & CEO of Simply Benefits. "The continued and rapidly growing support from our Advisor partners confirms the appetite for new insurance innovation. We love hearing from our Advisor, Employer and Employee users that benefits are now easier to understand and use on our platform. Our goal is to continue to expand our products and technology to help users improve their overall health and well-being."

Simply Benefit's mission is to simplify Canadian employee health insurance through innovative technology for a better experience.

Claims & Service

As a Third-Party Payor, Simply Benefits adjudicates and pays all extended health and dental claims with its own in-house developed technology and professional services team. The continuous commitment to prompt claims reimbursement and exceptional service is the foundation for success.

Our Service Commitment

"Every time a claim is submitted to us by one of our users, our goal is to have that claim adjudicated and payment sent to their bank within 48 hours from submission. By having this goal we set the bar high and it holds us accountable. If there are any issues with their submission, we ensure to contact them within the first 24 hours.

We know that the sooner our users receive the money for their claimed benefits, the more satisfied they are. By ensuring efficiency, our users are encouraged to use their benefits, keeping them and their families healthy."
