Simply Benefits Launches Newly Re-Designed Mobile App

Simply Benefits is excited to announce the launch of the newly re-designed mobile app. While the app may look different to members, it is important to note that the updates do not have any impact on plan coverage or usage. We re-designed to make the overall mobile user experience even better. We're an innovative tech company always working to make the user experience the best it can be. Main Updates to the Mobile App
The new home screen has an updated interface that allows users to easily submit a claim directly when they open the app. After submitting a claim, the claims page can be utilized to clearly see the amounts approved versus amounts submitted to track usage.
In the updated navigation menu, members will find links to their benefits card, claims history, spending accounts for health and lifestyle expenses (if applicable), plan coverage and usage, account details, as well as general resources, quick access to support, and the ability to easily submit a claim.
Under the Coverage tab, members can use our AI-driven keyword search to look up whether or not their plan includes coverage for specific services. If a member is interested in knowing whether or not they have braces coverage, for example, by searching "coverage for braces" in the bar at the top of the page, AI will scan through their plan to provide an answer.
For members with a Spending Account, the interface has been updated to display how much has been spent and how much of the account balance remains available.
Select your profile icon in the top right of the app to view My Account. Here you will see account details, change password and banking details. The dependent, beneficiary, and trustee sections have received aesthetic updates to make it easier for members to update their information. Fields that can not be edited by the user will be greyed out to make it more clear that this is the case.
How To Download New App
The Simply Benefits mobile app is available for download in both the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play for Android devices.
For members that have downloaded the app prior to this new release, they will need to go into their respective app store and manually update the Simply Benefits mobile app as it will not do so automatically.
